6. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Grant reasonable access to the property as required for site visits

• Promptly review and respond to design submissions and specification documents

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and could incur additional charges as outlined in the project agreement.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Helve & Form shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific service.
